Time Domain Laboratory: Research We are currently involved in research projects related to the following topics: Development of electromagnetic probes for NDE detection of flaws and deterioration in civil structures. Wideband measurements and characterization problems using: Time domain techniques. Frequency domain techniques. Wideband Material Characterization (kHz - Microwave) Design and construction of picosecond pulse electronic circuitry for time domain reflectometry (TDR) applications. Calibration of Time Domain Measurement Systems. Development of signal processing and data reduction methods including deconvolution Design, Measurement, Characterization, and Modeling and of Multilayer boards and structures, electronic packages, and interconnects. Characterization and Modeling of Semiconductor Devices, including High Speed Devices.. Design and construction of proximity and position sensors.
